What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Your order is specifically created for you after you place your order. If there is a defect or mistake with regard to the product you receive, please notify us within 14 days so we can resolve the problem. We will always work with you to make things right. All products are made to order, so we do not keep inventory that can be restocked. As a result, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or mistake in the item. When will I get my order?
Our products are printed on demand, the vast majority of which will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All-Over Prints (such as rash guards and swimsuits) take a couple of days longer, as they are not assembled until printed with your choice of design.
Once your order has been printed assembled and shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
